Cost of a budget funeral

The average burial cost starts at approximately
19,600 RUB, but the final amount depends on your choices. Possible additional expenses include:

    In Sochi, transportation of the body to the morgue is free of charge.
  • Funeral ceremony.
    The state may partially or fully compensate burial expenses. Compensation can be paid to relatives or any person who assumed responsibility for organizing the funeral. The amount depends on the category to which the deceased belonged.
